My approach to yoga goes far beyond the physical postures; it’s about using the profound teachings of yoga as tools for deep self-exploration, healing, and lasting transformation. By weaving together the wisdom of the Kleshas, Koshas, and the 8-Limbed Path, I guide my students on a journey of self-healing that integrates the body, mind, and spirit.
