For years, I kept my deepest, darkest secrets hidden. I lied to my family, my friends, and even to myself about how miserable I was. I was too ashamed to face the inner conflict I was carrying, believing that looking good on the outside was more important than feeling good on the inside.
The universe tried to wake me up, urging me to let go of the facade and free myself from the fear, guilt, and shame I was holding. But I wasn’t ready. I feared that if I let go, everyone would see what I believed: that I was a fraud.
Then, one day, trapped in depression, I found myself lying on the bathroom floor—shallow breath, tears streaming, and my body numb. But in that moment, something shifted. I realized my life was precious, that I was loved, and most importantly, that I was worth living.
I chose courage. I chose to face my shadow and love myself unconditionally. I left the abusive relationship that had shattered me, returned to therapy, and committed to yoga every day—even when it felt impossible. I shared my truth with my loved ones and dove deeply into yoga’s teachings.
Yoga changed my life. Through its practices of liberation and integration, I began to heal and feel free from the weight of my shadow. It was through this process that I discovered my true purpose.
Now, I’m on a mission to share my story and the healing practices of yoga and shadow work that brought me back to life. Yoga is about integrating all parts of ourselves—and that’s exactly what I’m here to help you do.
The real reason I’m in the business of yoga and shadow work is to offer life-changing tools to those ready to deepen their practice and find their own inner freedom. Together, we’ll approach yoga from a trauma-informed, modern perspective so you can grow, transform, and evolve.
My work is my gift to you.

From a young age I was faced with traumatic injuries that started my journey towards healing. Imagine being hit in the head with a softball traveling at 60mph to wake up in a hospital bed with my jaw wired shut and my hands locked so I wouldn’t injure myself further.
This is a small glimpse of the physical and mental traumas that created the person I am today.
I’ve had to learn how to read, write and speak again.
I’ve had to over come eating disorders, addictions to exercise, to overworking because of the need to soothe and cope.
There were times I sincerely wanted to give up. In fact, I did. I tried giving up. Today I’m happy to say it didn’t work.
Looking back, I believe my pursuit of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and all the other tools the world of yoga offers
is the very thing that has kept me alive, andhas in fact helped my thrive!
Along the way, I’ve learned great things about our incredible brain & how it is best supported, the body & what it
needs, healthy eating, human behavior, and so much more.
If you are on a search to find your truest & healthiest self or if you’re in a situation that feels too challenging to figure
out on your own I’ve got some tools and guidance to offer you.
I have come to believe that moving the body is an excellent way to unearth the challenges that we need to confront,
and so Yoga Therapy (breath and movement) is our doorway in. I also use Internal Family Systems and Parts Work
where you get to meet the parts of you that are out of alignment, to discover how we
unknowingly keep ourselves in a SAFE mode.
I’m here to help you connect to your highest aspect of yourself, transform trauma and be a guide in the process.
